As Operating Partner, you’ll put your professional and personal skills to work as you manage an entire restaurant. You’ll be responsible for bringing the most out of the Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members who work for you as they deliver excellence again and again to our customers.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Operating Partner in a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, control costs, and drive profitability
  .
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and performance management
  .
• Hands-on operational experience
  , including front- and back-of-house management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and labor regulations in the restaurant industry.
• Full P&L ownership
  :
  Drive revenue growth, manage labor and food costs, and optimize operational expenses.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste management to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Set and execute sales goals and business strategies to maximize restaurant performance.
• Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  .

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to Whataburger brand standards.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as speed of service, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, including assistant managers and team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes guest service and employee satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor employees for career growth opportunities within KMO Burger

• Lead by example in customer service, work ethic, and operational execution
