Description
Responsible for food preparation, production, and cleanup in a school cafeteria setting, ensuring adherence to dietary requirements related to quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness.
Manages a small to mid-size cafeteria, supervises cafeteria staff, and performs many cooking duties. Responsible for menu development, purchasing, and managing the kitchen budget. Will receive in-person training from the current Cafeteria Supervisor.

Experience with the MO Free and Reduced Lunch Program
Food Handler Certification
Strong problem-solving skills
