• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes, pots and silverware by hand or in a machine.
• Sweep, mop and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
