Pay: $13.75 to $16.45 per hour.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides. The associate greets, engages, and processes sales, loans, and other transactions.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise display.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items per policy.
• Responds to incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Willingly lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Can perform duties for extended periods of time (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work multiple locations and flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2‑8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance.

Payrates will not be below any applicable local minimum wage requirements.
