Retail Sales Associate

Overview

Retail Sales Associate - 2943 l-time position with hourly wage and commission. Pay rate: $13.75 to $16.45 per hour. Our commission structure pays you for every transaction you process, with potential to earn unlimited commissions above hourly base rate.

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate financial solutions and product recommendations.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise effectively.
• Handle cash and negotiable items accurately; assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers to deliver excellent service; participate in required training.
• Support team to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing, walking, and other physical activities.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified (where applicable).
• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, be team-oriented, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency; cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays; computer literate with POS system experience.

• Sick/PERSONAL time accrual: 8 hours after 6 months; 16 hours annually years 2–5; 24 hours after 5 years (adjusted for state/local requirements).
