We are currently looking for the right Retail Store Manager to join our Team!
$18.00 to $22.50 per hour
In addition to the hourly rate our Retail Store Managers can earn a very lucrative monthly bonus, contributing to a major portion of a Retail Store Manager’s total yearly income.

- VACATION:
Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of full‑time service. Eligible employees are awarded an additional week after one year of service and two weeks on each anniversary thereafter. Vacation hours adjust per state/local requirements. - SICK/PERSONAL:

We seek a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer‑service experience (retail/sales an additional plus). The Store Manager will oversee day‑to‑day store operations, create a positive and productive environment, lead, coach, and develop employees, recruit and retain talent, and maximize financial goals while managing customer relations. The Manager will analyze financial statements, uphold asset protection, and use internal and external marketing to promote the business and attract new customers.
This role manages jewelry, general merchandise, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.
- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers, resolving issues swiftly, and maintaining professionalism.
- Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent via company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and ensure procedures protect assets.
- Maintain asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer store processes including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
- Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of all loans issued.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development.
- Communicate clearly with employees to convey the store’s mission and profit objectives.
- Stay current on product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be willing and able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to perform duties for extended periods of time, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Must have flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Store Managers will work 45+ hours per week (hours based on business needs).
- Computer literate, able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
