MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic Outlet Shift Supervisor to lead the Bannister outlet team. This hourly full-time role reports to store leadership and drives daily operations, customer service, and staff supervision to support our mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of management or related Goodwill experience, a valid MO/IL license, and strong communication and leadership skills.
