Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive role at Crown Castle. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for developing customer relationships and driving sales within an assigned set of accounts, both existing and prospective, focusing on complex large account sales strategies and customer-centric solutions including complex network designs.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned quotas
• Establish and conduct sales meetings with customers, presenting the Crown Castle value proposition
• Drive new sales opportunities through the entire sales process
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers providing a high level of customer service
• Generate leads by prospecting and maintaining relationships throughout the industry
• Communicate effectively across internal Crown Castle departments
• Master internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness
• Maintain timely and accurate account and opportunity information in the CRM system
• Provide accurate sales forecasts

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5 or more years of business-to-business sales experience in network and/or cybersecurity services
• Proven experience selling to and maintaining Enterprise accounts
• Proficient working knowledge of WDM, Ethernet, Cloud Connectivity, IP, and other Fiber services
• Understanding of Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in CRM applications

This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration (must be located within commutable distance to one of the following: St Louis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Louisville, Iowa, Nebraska) with teammates and stakeholders; may require up to 25% travel.

Salary range: $89,600 - $123,100 annually. Offer determined by experience, knowledge, location, and other factors. May include discretionary annual bonus or commissions and equity incentives.
