SALES MANAGER

The candidate will be responsible for business development activities with a specific focus on ERP solutions, IT services, CRM and business applications for both fashion luxury worlds and generalist markets such as manufacturing and service companies.

Responsibility
  • Identify and acquire new customers, developing business opportunities in the target industry
  • Understand customer needs and propose customized solutions that meet their strategic and operational objectives
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to solution presentation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to ensure the best value proposition
  • Develop long‑term relationships with key customers, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to corporate brand positioning through business activities and participation in industry events
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring performance in line with the company’s business plan
Requirements
  • Proven experience in selling software solutions with a particular focus on the ERP world
  • Background or in‑depth knowledge of Fashion, Retail and Luxury industries welcome
  • Strong business development skills and goal orientation
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and business negotiation management skills
  • Organizational autonomy and proactive spirit in proposing solutions to customers
  • Willingness to travel domestically
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to the client
