- $100,000 - $200,000 annually (Industry-leading incentives for performance-driven technicians)

- Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage
- Conduct in-home HVAC service visits with a primary focus on generating replacement opportunities
- Perform basic diagnostics to identify issues and present repair, replacement, and upgrade options tailored to the customer
- Upsell indoor air quality products, accessories, maintenance plans, duct improvements, and system enhancements
- Educate homeowners on product benefits, financing options, and long-term value
- Follow a proven sales process to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
- Build strong rapport that leads to high performance and repeat business
- Document recommendations and estimates clearly and professionally
- Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle stocked with demo items and sales materials
