- Develop and manage a specific Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) territory to increase market share
- Drive sales of medical products to ASC customers through strategic planning and account targeting
- Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
- Implement company strategies and tools to enhance market presence and sales performance
- Collaborate with various sales teams to meet the evolving needs of customers in the healthcare industry
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Previous experience in healthcare or operating room settings is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability in client prospecting and account management
- Passion for sales and a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to resolve complex issues effectively
