What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and manage a specific Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) territory to increase market share
  • Drive sales of medical products to ASC customers through strategic planning and account targeting
  • Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
  • Implement company strategies and tools to enhance market presence and sales performance
  • Collaborate with various sales teams to meet the evolving needs of customers in the healthcare industry
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience
  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in healthcare or operating room settings is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability in client prospecting and account management
  • Passion for sales and a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to resolve complex issues effectively
