Premier Promotions is hiring a Junior Account Representative to join our Sales Division in Kansas City. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience managing live campaigns, supporting client relationships, and learning how accounts are built and developed through face‑to‑face engagement.

This is not an administrative or desk‑based role. You’ll work directly with the public on active charity campaigns, acting as a frontline representative for our clients while developing the skills needed to progress into senior account or leadership positions.

As a Junior Account Representative, you will work on live charity campaigns at approved community venues, retail locations, and pop‑up sites. You’ll represent our clients professionally, communicating their mission, values, and objectives clearly and consistently. This role combines direct public engagement with responsibility for campaign standards, performance tracking, and account support.

• Representing assigned charity partners at live, face‑to‑face campaign locations
• Delivering clear explanations of each client’s mission, values, and current initiatives
• Engaging members of the public in structured conversations that lead to supporter sign‑ups
• Managing your assigned campaign area to ensure presentation, messaging, and compliance standards are met
• Recording supporter information accurately and following data and compliance guidelines
• Tracking daily engagement and contribution activity, and reporting results to senior team members
• Supporting campaign setup, breakdown, and on‑site organisation
• Providing feedback on supporter responses and campaign performance
• Working closely with senior representatives to learn how accounts are managed, reviewed, and developed
• Developing practical skills across sales & marketing through live customer engagement
