About the Role

As an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent at Aurumys
, your primary role is to connect investors and investment companies with opportunities to acquire investment properties. You’ll have full access to our inventory from day one, and your day will be spent generating and fielding leads, meeting with investors, showing investment properties, and working with the acquisitions team to analyze inventory.

• Source new investors through a variety of strategies.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective investors (training provided).
• Present large volumes of new properties to investors.
• Conduct showings and walk properties with investors.
• Facilitate offers and closings of contracts, working with lenders and other third parties.
• Use technology to track transactions and manage your network of investors.
• Provide elite service to investors at all stages of the process.

• Your commissions are uncapped, meaning you’ll never be told you bought or sold too many properties. It all comes down to your effort.
  This is not a passive or mediocre effort role.
• As typical in real estate, this is a fully‑commission, 1099 contract role.
• Our sales agents typically close their first transaction within 30‑45 days and complete 20‑30 transactions in their first year.

$70,000 - $250,000 a year

This role is all‑commission. The listed pay range is an estimate of average first‑year earnings at this location.
