JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager/Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for material handling solutions, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, developing key customer relationships, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership within the material handling sector, a strong understanding of industry trends, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in sales leadership within the material handling industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).Experience managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
5+ years of outside BSB sales experience preferred.

Excellent communications skills, written and oral, required. Strong team building, mentoring skills, organizational skills, and prioritization skills required.

Strong computer skills, including experience with MS office products, CRM and data reporting systems.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit and work at a workstation and on a computer for several hours at a time.

Must be willing to travel to customer sites and customer meetings within the market.

Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Must live or be willing to move to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
