Bilingual Sales Associate; English/Spanish Commission, Leads

Real Living powered by eXp Realty – Kansas City, MO

Real Living is a Kansas City real estate team that helps families buy, sell, and invest, including buyers who don't fit the traditional bank mold. We generate our own leads and have off-market properties ready to sell, so our people can focus on talking to clients and closing.

We're looking for a driven, people-first salesperson who speaks Spanish and English. You'll work leads we provide on off-market properties that are ready to go. No real estate license needed and no waiting on listings. This is commission based with no income ceiling. What you earn is up to you.

• Follow up with and qualify leads we provide (no cold calling from scratch)
• Meet clients in person and show properties around the KC metro
• Walk clients through their options and keep deals moving
• Track your activity in our CRM and hit daily goals with the team

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Reliable personal vehicle (required)
• No real estate license required. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We'll train you.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable talking with people all day
• Organized follow-through. You do what you say you'll do.

• Guaranteed leads
• Off-market deals ready to sell now
• Uncapped commission
• Training, scripts, and a team that picks up the phone when you need help

Commission only, uncapped. Leads provided.
