What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Securing entrances/exits.
- Conducting patrols inside and outside the premises in various weather conditions.
- Interacting with client employees and guests.
- Identifying and reporting safety issues, hazards, or suspicious activity.
- Protecting evidence or scenes during incidents or investigations.
- Setting up barriers/signage and providing directions or information.
- Performing other duties as required for the site.

Position Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
- Basic computer/technology skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
- Conflict resolution skills a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks.
