Job OverviewAs a Part‑Time Security Officer - Retail Patrol Specialist, you will safeguard clients in retail/mall environments, actively patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity.
- Observe and report suspicious activities or hazards to appropriate personnel.
- Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
- Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client.
- Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and activities as required.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation and drug screening, as required by law.
- Candidate will be considered with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
- Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
Part‑Time. Days:
Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Pay: $19.00 per hour.
