SummaryThe Chief serves as the senior executive responsible for establishing, directing, and sustaining a comprehensive, enterprise-wide security strategy that protects NKC Health’s people, assets, operations, and reputation. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and cross‑functional partnership to ensure a secure, compliant, and resilient environment across all the health system locations.
Experience- Five years of police or security experience. Experience in hospital setting strongly preferred.
- People skills.
- Key/lock systems, CCTV, and access systems.
- Preferred: IAHSS – International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety.
- Required:
Associate’s – Law Enforcement, Associate’s – Related Field. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s – Law Enforcement, Bachelor’s – Related Field.
