Availability requirements: Part‑time position with weekend and holiday coverage. Availability must be submitted 30 days in advance.

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access, evict trespassers or violators when necessary.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals or vehicles.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of their arrival.
• Protect personnel and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Detect and prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking, prohibited items).
• Respond to distress calls, alarms, and emergencies such as fire, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
• Report any safety or security concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports, logs).
• Enforce all rules and regulations.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.

• Minimum age 21 or older.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least one year of customer‑service or security experience.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods.

Salary: $21.50–$30.64 per hour (Kansas City, MO).
