Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: Sat 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM

• Provide customer service at the front desk, executing security procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and assist visitor management to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter disruptive or suspicious activity.
• Communicate professionally with building tenants, staff, and guests.
• Document and report security incidents, unusual observations, or concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed.

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation, drug screen, and licensing as required.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
