- Responsible for transporting, installing (if applicable), and maintaining Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
- Attend driver training and follow Brightstar vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation of Brightstar equipment.
- Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field. This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning and/or minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers. Accurately report activity, arrival and departure times and problems, details, and resolutions of failures to Dispatch.
- Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts such as paper, ribbons, bet slips, etc. and track inventory of these items.
- Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.
- Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for improvements to procedures, etc.
- Company vehicle to take home for work use only (Field Services only, depending on location)

- High school degree or GED equivalent required.
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer service‑related position.
- 2–3 years of experience in technical repairs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and demonstrate the ability to perceive colors correctly.
- Must be able to drive a 20ft box truck on occasion; CDL license NOT required.
- Physical Requirements:
Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds for a significant distance, lift equipment up to 800 pounds with assistance, sit and drive for prolonged periods, demonstrate dexterity with tools and working with moving parts and electrical current, work at heights (rooftop) for installation, work in close quarters, and/or be exposed to inclement weather during some installations.
Must reside in proximity to the area of coverage.

The estimated starting salary range is $17.45 to $23.27 per hour. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles may be eligible for short‑term incentive or other discretionary bonuses. More senior roles may be eligible for long‑term incentive bonuses.
