• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment and replacement parts.
• Follow Brightstar vehicle policy and attend driver training.
• Maintain continuous operation of Brightstar equipment through troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and report activity, problems, and resolutions.
• Deliver marketing supplies, consumables, and track inventory.
• Provide basic training to retailers on equipment operation.
• Complete reporting forms for equipment issues and improvement recommendations.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer‑service experience.
• 1+ year of technical repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, ability to perceive colors correctly.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, work with moving parts, electrical current, and in inclement weather.

Estimated starting compensation: $17.45‑$23.27 per hour. Compensation may vary based on background, skills, experience, and location.
