What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues efficiently
Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of household plumbing systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Recommend additional services, upgrades, or preventative solutions (e.g., tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, service plans)
Educate customers on long-term plumbing health and cost-saving options
Accurately prepare quotes and service invoices using company software
Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle
Attend ongoing training to stay sharp on technical skills and upselling techniques

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Comfortable presenting upgrade options and service recommendations
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
