As a Junior Drain Cleaner - Service Tech, you embark on an exciting journey of learning and growth. Your main responsibility is to clean drains in our customers’ homes, ensuring they are free from clogs and blockages. Alongside this, you maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to plumbing codes and regulations. We have a strict no‑smoking policy on jobs or in vehicles, as well as on customers’ properties.

While your focus is on mainline stoppages, you also actively learn plumbing codes and techniques for future opportunities. This position serves as a foundational step toward a senior role. By consistently excelling in your tasks, obtaining further licenses or certifications, and demonstrating a proven track record of increasing sales, you can soon be on your way to becoming a Senior Service Technician!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of verifiable experience in drain cleaning or service plumbing (residential preferred)
• Transportation to and from the shop during your training period
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Certification to install all company major equipment per manufacturer and in‑house standards
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a Class E driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds and work independently
