Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Service and Repair:
  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air‑vending machines. Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintenance:
  Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. This includes cleaning, lubricating, replacing worn‑out parts, and adjusting settings as necessary.
• Customer Service:
  Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information. Prepare service reports and update the internal database with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Parts and Inventory Management:
  Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Order necessary parts and equipment to ensure the availability of required resources for efficient repairs and maintenance.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances. Ensure personal safety and the safety of customers' property during service calls.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions
