ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
  • Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment

  • Diagnose issues using the latest tools and apply independent judgment to solve complex problems

  • Document services accurately, keeping repair records up to date

  • Order parts from vendors with accuracy and efficiency

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every piece of equipment is ready to perform safely and effectively

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus)

  • Strong background with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and diagnostic reports

  • Ownership of the tools required to perform the job

  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, DOT physical, and MVR screening
