As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.
Your work may include:- Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
- Addressing siding and exterior repair needs
- Working with and repairing gutter systems
- 1 Identifying installation or maintenance issues
- Performing basic carpentry and general repair work
- Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
- Handling and transporting materials
- Following safety guidelines and established installation procedures
- Helping ensure every customer is satisfied with the finished project
You will be a strong fit if you have hands-on experience in:
- Roofing
- Siding
- Gutters
- Exterior construction or home repair
- Basic carpentry
- Construction maintenance and repairs
You should also:
- Be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
- Be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
- Be comfortable working outdoors in varying environments
- Take pride in quality workmanship
- Be dependable, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
- Have a friendly and professional approach when working with customers
- At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field
- Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
