- Guide clients through assessments, job exploration, and career preparation.
- Conduct practice interviews and provide on-the-job coaching as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers across Kansas City.
- Assist clients with job applications, onboarding, and workplace success.
- Track progress, document outcomes, and maintain accurate case records in Therap.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote PALS U Careers and community awareness.
- Support summer work programs and team projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED (required); associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in employment services, job coaching, or human services (preferred).
- Strong communication and organization skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems (Therap experience a plus).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle (required).
- Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, and employment support certifications.
- Pay: $21.53/hour + mileage reimbursement + weekend differential pay

Full-time; hours vary based on client needs and caseload - Classification:
