Clinical Psychiatrist; Outpatient -Kansas MO

Overview

We are seeking Outpatient Psychiatrists to join Life Stance Health in the Kansas City, MO area. This position offers a high-sign-on bonus and supervision incentives, with a focus on patient care and clinical excellence.

• 100% outpatient work in a group practice setting.
• Telemedicine and in-person flexibility.
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care in collaboration with a clinical team.
• Enjoy strong work/life balance with full administrative support.
• Participate in collaboration with mid-levels (optional).

• Fully licensed in MO, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA. Willingness to become licensed in KS is a plus.
• Open to supervision; compensation includes NP supervision in MO and KS.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy.

• 100% outpatient work with a compensation range of $350,000 to $400,000+ with a high sign-on bonus.
