Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $21.00

Schedules Available:

  • Missouri
    • Full-time Shift: Monday – Friday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
    • Full-time Shift: Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm
    • Part-time Shift: Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
  • Kansas
    • Full-time Shift: Monday – Thursday: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
What You Will Do
  • Responsible for direct supervision and safety of all clients.
  • Responsible for proper behavior management of children through the use of behavior management techniques.
  • Build healthy relationships with clients and be a role model of healthy behaviors.
  • Have a working knowledge of the child's treatment plan and objectives and structure activities to support that plan.
  • Creatively structure activities for groups and conduct psycho-educational groups.
  • May be responsible for medication administration and other medical support.
  • Teach, guide, and assist the client in daily life skills appropriate for age.
  • Provide 24‑hour awake supervision.
  • Manage clients courteously while on agency property.
  • Transport youth to events, meetings, appointments, and activities as required.
  • Attend court hearings, family support team and school meetings.
  • Interview and make recommendations in the hiring process.
  • Assign job duties, train staff, and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children.
  • High school diploma (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in social services, child development, or criminal justice (preferred).
  • At least 21 years old and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
