We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Developer (5+ years) to lead development teams and manage project delivery. The role requires both technical expertise in Java and leadership skills for project management activities like task allocation, tracking, and progress monitoring.

• Lead a team of Java developers in design and development.
• Manage project activities: planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery.
• Allocate and monitor tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams.
• Mentor and support team members.

• 5+ years of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate experience.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead / Project Lead

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/No
  
  SQL databases.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
