As a talented Software Developer, you will drive the innovation of our next-generation weather/climate risk management software and support the migration of our web-based Insurance portal. The ideal candidate will be involved in transferring services from external vendors to our in-house systems, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.

• Develop & Deploy: Design, build, and deploy robust C# applications and RESTful APIs, contributing to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.
• Document: Document business logic and managing code documentation & version control
• Innovate: Leverage your expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and scripting languages to create impactful solutions for weather index Insurance.
• Collaborate: Work closely with business analysts, portfolio managers, sales, and marketing teams globally, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Minimum 3+ years of hand-on experience in the software development is required.
• Strong expertise in C# is required
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL
• Experience with the Azure Cloud Platform
• Strong problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms skills are crucial.
• Effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
