The team is seeking a Software Engineer with senior-level experience in Java, Python, AWS Cloud
, and full-stack development
. The role focuses on full-stack delivery, architectural input, and mentoring junior developers. Experience with front-end development is a plus.

• Design, implement, configure, and optimize solutions for applications, databases, test automation tools, and COTS products.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to develop innovative, business-driven solutions.
• Review business and technical requirements, implementing scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and contribute to architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain unit tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Support QA, UAT, and production releases, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Advocate for Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to junior engineers.

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Java, Python, AWS, SQL, and Git (merging, conflicts, cherry-picking).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab or similar).
• Knowledge of AWS security best practices, Terraform, and CDK for infrastructure deployment.
• Strong understanding of API development and modern cloud architectures.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example with strong attention to detail.

• Experience with JavaScript, Apache Spark, AWS Glue, and PySpark.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow and orchestration tools.
• Experience implementing application observability and monitoring across tools and environments.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new languages, frameworks, and technologies.
