Role Overview

Shape the future of AI in the Arabic language. This AI Trainer/Tutor position offers flexible scheduling and a direct impact on Arabic‑language AI advancements.

• Educate AI:
  Analyze and provide feedback on AI‑generated outputs related to Arabic to improve accuracy and real‑world applicability.
• Problem Solving:
  Provide step‑by‑step solutions and explanations for complex Arabic‑language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
• Red Teaming:
  Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI’s knowledge base and design tests that challenge the model’s understanding.

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Native‑level proficiency in Arabic.
• Strong writing style with excellent English‑language spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye and ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

• This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis; it is not an internship.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence; no sponsorship is offered. International students on a valid visa may be eligible but should consult with a tax/immigration advisor.
• Compensation rates may vary for non‑US locations.

Hourly: $15 – $60 USD
