- Be able to jump into the project immediately without needing to develop skills
- Needs to have direct experience with automated deployment, scrum/agile teams, peer code reviews, test writing, and everything else we would expect from a senior software engineer
- Be familiar with writing API’s and refactoring codebases
- Strong knowledge of modern web frameworks and different view types
- Needs to be able to give in depth detail on experiences
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field
- 5+ years of experience with software development
- Ability to lead and mentor associates
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and systematic problem solving skills
- Live or willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
