Currently seeking a skilled Transportation Driver to welcome to our ever-growing team! All while continuing to grow our reputation for being the preferred nursing/long-term care source by the communities we serve.

• Assists in transporting patients/residents as directed.
• Drives facility vehicles to transport patients/residents to and from appointments.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis.
• Visits patients/residents to establish contact on a regular basis to assist the patient/resident in building relationships.
• Cooperates and works together with all co-workers, plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction.
• Ensures safety, including precautions and safe work practices.

• Must have a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
• Must have a valid clean driver's license.
• CDL license if required.
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption.
