Snow Plow Drivers & Equipment Operators (Part-Time / On-Call)

Embassy is a leader in commercial and residential landscaping and snow removal services. We take pride in keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible during winter weather events.

We are seeking Snow Plow Drivers and Equipment Operators for part-time, on-call positions. Work is weather-dependent and shifts are only available during snow and ice events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to earn extra income during the winter months.

• Safely operate snow plow trucks, loaders, skid steers, and/or other snow removal equipment
• Clear snow and spread salt/de-icer on roads, parking lots, and walkways
• Respond quickly and reliably to on-call notifications during storms
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Prior experience operating snow removal equipment preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

• Part-time, on-call
• Shifts only during snow and ice storms (no guaranteed weekly hours)
