With a 24/7 in‑house call center, FSCA provides scheduled maintenance and unscheduled services to fleets wherever they are.

Perform certified DOT inspections, preventative maintenance inspections, light repairs, and diagnostic work on a wide range of truck equipment.

Duties include:

• Minor adjustment and repairs on electrical, brake, cooling, and hydraulic systems; starters/alternators; fan clutches; engine electronics; power steering; engines, transmissions, clutches, and differentials.
• Participate in scheduled safety training and maintain up‑to‑date safety protocols.
• Document work in company systems and upload pictures of repairs.
• Communicate with management, dispatch, and customers via email or phone for approvals, purchase orders, and findings.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Obtain parts from approved vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Complete DOT and other required forms accurately and on time.
• Prioritize concurrent tasks and manage your own daily schedule.
• Confer with customers, dispatch, and sales team to obtain vehicle problem descriptions.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose equipment using test instruments.

• High School Diploma/gene equivalency with 3 years’ experience in a related field; preference for light & heavy‑duty combination. At least 5 years’ experience also acceptable.
• Possess and supply necessary hand tools for duties.
• Must successfully complete a DOT‑regulated pre‑employment background screening and DOT physical (or a valid DOT medical card with > 4 months remaining).
• Minimum age 21 due to interstate operating regulations.
• Valid state driver's license and at least 3‑year Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) review.
• Able to operate under emergency conditions and exercise critical thinking.
