Net Jets, the global private aviation leader, is seeking a highly skilled Pilot to provide a superior air transportation experience with an unwavering safety record and exceptional service for every Net Jets Owner and passenger. The Pilot will serve as the face of Net Jets, delivering technical excellence and concierge-level service across all flight operations.

The Pilot is responsible for providing a safe, efficient, and service-oriented flight experience, maintaining full command of the aircraft at all times and presenting a professional demeanor during every operation.

• Safely operate the aircraft from taxi, take‑off, and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
• Greet Owners/passengers pre‑flight, introduce and brief them on the specific flight/trip, verify itinerary, provide weather updates, safety briefings, and explain any itinerary changes.
• Deliver in‑flight service, including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and properly stow all baggage as required.
• Handle Owner flights with pets and comply with smoke‑policy.
• Act as the final authority on the aircraft for all operational and safety matters.
• Serve as liaison for Owner/passenger and Net Jets from FBO arrival to final landing and departure from the final FBO.
• Communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete required paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned depending on assignment.

School diploma or equivalent.

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with multi‑engine rating.
• First‑Class Medical Certificate.

• FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R‑ATP) with multi‑engine rating.
• ≥1,500 flight hours (or equivalent per FAA requirements).
• Current First‑Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid U.S. passport and unrestricted U.S. and international travel.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to make rapid and accurate decisions under pressure.
• Physical capability to apply up to 50 pounds of force as needed.
