The Pilot will serve as the face of Net Jets, delivering technical excellence and concierge-level service across all flight operations.
Purpose of PositionThe Pilot is responsible for providing a safe, efficient, and service-oriented flight experience, maintaining full command of the aircraft at all times and presenting a professional demeanor during every operation.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Safely operate the aircraft from taxi, take‑off, and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Greet Owners/passengers pre‑flight, introduce and brief them on the specific flight/trip, verify itinerary, provide weather updates, safety briefings, and explain any itinerary changes.
- Deliver in‑flight service, including handling of alcohol and catering.
- Load and properly stow all baggage as required.
- Handle Owner flights with pets and comply with smoke‑policy.
- Act as the final authority on the aircraft for all operational and safety matters.
- Serve as liaison for Owner/passenger and Net Jets from FBO arrival to final landing and departure from the final FBO.
- Communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete required paperwork.
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on assignment.
School diploma or equivalent.
Certifications and Licenses- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with multi‑engine rating.
- First‑Class Medical Certificate.
