Assistant Operations Manager Overview

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of the day‑to‑day activities of the assigned locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers, and monitor shuttle‑bus operations.
• Ensure appropriate customer interaction.
• Supervise the completion of all closing reports.
• Monitor and implement effective revenue‑control procedures.
• Perform other necessary functions as assigned.
• Assist with daily data entry of revenue reports.
• Compile and interpret reports on a daily basis for the operation of the facility.

• Education Required: High school graduate. Some college a plus.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  At least one year of supervisory experience (supervisory experience in the transportation and/or parking industry a plus). DOT experience strongly preferred.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements may/material dispense. 2nd shift or 3rd shift and/or weekend availability may be required.
• License Requirement: Valid state driver’s license with a current address and acceptable DMV record.

  Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) proficiency.

  Qualifications:
  
  Knowledge of transportation (shuttle operations), DOT shuttle operations, union contracts, and payroll strongly desired.
• Competencies: Superior verbal and written communication skills; proactive with strong personal drive; proven customer service skills; willingness to lead by example.
• Physical Demands: Must stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for extended periods; occasional sit, climb or balance; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
