We're hiring Class A CDL Truck Drivers for local intermodal driving positions serving the Kansas City, Missouri, and Edgerton, Kansas areas
.
This opportunity offers daily home time, no-touch freight, automatic trucks, and a limited-time $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers.
Drivers transport intermodal containers between rail yards and customer locations throughout Kansas and Missouri. This position is ideal for CDL-A drivers looking for consistent local work with nighttime schedules and competitive weekly earnings.
Five openings are currently available.
Pay & Compensation- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,350–$1,450
- Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $75,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for a limited time, subject to eligibility requirements

Schedule & Home Time- Home Daily
- Night shift position
- Local routes throughout Kansas and Missouri
- Drivers begin and end their shifts at designated locations in Kansas City, MO, or Edgerton, KS
- Trucks remain at the terminal or rail facility during time off

Job Responsibilities- Transport intermodal freight between rail yards and customer locations.
- Operate throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area and surrounding communities.
- Pick up and deliver intermodal containers at designated rail facilities.
- Complete assigned local deliveries safely and on schedule.
- Perform trailer connections and disconnections.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate transportation and delivery records.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding loads, delays, and equipment concerns.
- Follow DOT regulations, rail-yard procedures, and company safety requirements.
Freight Handling: This is a no-touch freight position
. Drivers are not required to manually load or unload cargo.

- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Minimum 3 months of qualifying tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must reside within approximately 60 miles of Kansas City, MO 64106, or Edgerton, KS 66021
. - Must be available to work night shifts.
- Must be comfortable operating in rail-yard environments.
- Haz Mat endorsement must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Haz Mat endorsement expenses are reimbursable with qualifying receipts.
- Must be willing to leave assigned equipment at the designated terminal or rail facility.
- No passengers or pets permitted.
- Must meet applicable DOT and company safety qualifications.
- SAP drivers are not eligible for this position.
