Warehouse Induction Associate Full Time 1st Shift

Pursue an opportunity to join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team as a Warehouse Induction Associate Full Time 1st Shift. Working 10:00 am–6:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals, including picking above ground level while following safety procedures.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, restock shelves, and prepare the work area for the next shift while adhering to safety procedures.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull, and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while observing safety procedures.
• Custodian: perform general cleaning and basic maintenance, including sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and removing trash, all while following safety procedures.

As an SC1 associate you may be moved into any of these roles as needed. Safety is our utmost priority; you will be expected to practice safe work procedures and embrace our safety culture.

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks.

• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• For Full‑Time associates, ability to work additional overtime hours as needed.
• Can lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Can walk and stand 100 % of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Prior warehouse or applicable experience, e.g., fast‑food, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, package handling.
