The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate will help pick and ship baseball, softball, and pickleball products to players and fans of the game all over the country. • Ideal shifts are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

• Assist receiving with the unboxing or unloading of items.
• Unload trucks.
• Put away inventory in the picking module of the fulfillment center.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• Stock shipping supplies and boxes to ensure shipping stations have all materials needed.
• Ensure the fulfillment center is accessible and safe for fulfillment center employees and guests passing through.
• Palletize and de‑palletize materials as needed when packing and unpacking.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Prepare parcels for shipping.
• Pick, pack, and ship items via UPS Worldship.
• Sweep, dust, and mop. Organize fulfillment center for orderliness at all times.
• Wear proper attire for safety.
• Apply custom, personalized items to bats in a neat and presentable fashion when ordered by a customer.

Experience using Microsoft Navision as an ERP in a warehouse setting.

This job operates in a very fun, team‑oriented, and innovative place that we call our workplace. This position does work in a warehouse setting. The role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and scan guns. The role also uses standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, and forklifts.
