Job Description
- Willing to travel for job site needs.
- Scan, label, and organize physical files into digital folders according to company filing standards.
- Ensure all digitized documents are properly named, backed up, and stored securely (shared drive, One Drive, or other designated system).
- Create an index or inventory list of all files transitioned to digital format.
- Shred or securely dispose of unneeded physical files after approval.
- Assist with updating file retention logs and organizing long-term archives.
- Inventory all office equipment, furniture, and supplies at the closing location.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and coordinating the movement of office contents to the new location.
- Organize common spaces, storage areas, and supply closets before transition.
- Track items that need to be sold, donated, or disposed of.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization during the move-out process.
- Help coordinate schedules for equipment pick-up, deliveries, and disposal services.
- Support setup and organization of the new office to ensure a smooth operational launch after the move.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scanning software, shared drives).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking to add a temporary team member to assist through changes before our upcoming busy sales season.
