The opportunityAs a Senior Analyst, Business Architecture – Business Transformation, you will support the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and performance. This role partners with business leaders and project teams to support process improvement, change management, and automation initiatives that drive sustainable business outcomes.
How You Will Contribute- Support process improvement and change management initiatives across the organization
- Conduct interviews and working sessions to understand business processes and requirements
- Analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop business requirements, process maps, flowcharts, and future‑state models
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations outlining value, risks, and implementation considerations
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to design and implement process and technology solutions
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system integrationnt>
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or process improvement
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement practices
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
$76,300 – $114,500. The salary range is competitive nationwide and may be adjusted based on unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on individual performance and overall business performance.
