Ferguson Construction LLC is looking to expand its team. Based in Colby, Kansas.

$20.00 - $24.00/hour based on experience. Paid weekly.

In this role, you will assist with a wide variety of tasks on construction sites.

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment to support various construction tasks
• Perform heavy lifting of materials like lumber, rebar, concrete forms, and other supplies necessary for building projects.
• Assist in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry work, flooring installation, and renovation activities to meet project requirements
• Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for everyone on site

• Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trades environment is highly preferred
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to take direction
• Produce quality work in an efficient manner
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices for working at heights or with heavy materials
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
