Air Star Transportation is currently seeking EXPERIENCED, Flexible, In-Office Dispatchers to join our team in a full time position. The Dispatcher acts as the liaison between our company and its current clients. The right candidate will be flexible, dependable, positive and hard-working to cover shifts as needed . • Answer calls and provide support to questions and concerns
• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Customer Service/Dispatching
• Utilize technology, software, and tools appropriately
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Other duties as assigned

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer support, office, clerical role, preferred
• Strong sense of customer focus and being able to adapt to different personality types

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• A polite, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor
