Customer Service Representative

As one of the most important customer interactions in the company, this fast-paced position responds promptly to inquiries and resolves customer problems in a thorough and effective manner.

We are looking for a high-energy individual who is conversational, articulate, and engaging with a positive attitude.

• Processing customer orders, applications, and payments
• Selling and promoting all S&T services
• Coordinating with technicians while maintaining open lines of communication
• General office duties

• High school diploma
• One year of customer service
• 2 to 3 years of computer experience
• A valid Kansas driver's license with a good driving record
• Hard-working, self-motivated, friendly/positive personality
• Enjoys working with customers and coworkers
• Honest and dependable
• Bilingual, highly preferred
