Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon

Mercy Clinic is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established team of six orthopedic surgeons serving campuses in Joplin, Missouri, and Galena, Kansas. As part of a physician-led multi-specialty group with strong integrated health system support, the physician will enjoy a collaborative orthopedic practice with exceptional resources and high growth potential. This role offers the opportunity to work within dedicated orthopedic facilities utilizing advanced technology and a strong referral base.

• Dedicated orthopedic facilities featuring state-of-the-art technology
• First-class operating rooms and outpatient surgery center
• Potential to perform 10+ cases per day in the outpatient surgery center
• Hydro Worx therapy pools available within the rehabilitation center
• Two Certified Hand Therapists onsite working closely with the orthopedic team
• Established orthopedic surgery team of six surgeons

Compensation

• Competitive guarantee
• $50,000 recruitment incentive
