Sea Turtle Camp offers a wide range of seasonal job opportunities for those passionate about marine biology, education, and conservation. These positions provide hands‑on experience in a fun, coastal environment while helping to foster the next generation of ocean stewards.

• Operations Director:
  Oversee all camp operations, ensuring programs run smoothly and effectively.
• Program Coordinators:
  Manage specific residential programs, supervising staff and coordinating activities.
• Unit Leaders:
  Lead specialized program units, such as High School or SCUBA programs, guiding staff and campers.
• Marine Educators:
  Teach engaging lessons on marine biology and conservation topics to campers.
• SCUBA and Adventure Leaders:
  Facilitate SCUBA diving and other outdoor adventure activities.
• Camp Counselors:
  Support daily camp activities, ensuring camper safety, engagement, and fun.
• Residential Site Directors:
  Oversee the residential side of camp life, including accommodations and camper well‑being.
• Assistant Site Directors:
  Support residential site directors and assist with daily operations.
• Residential Support Staff:
  Assist with behind-the-scenes operations to ensure smooth residential life.
